    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, as we conclude this day, I would like us to know that we have been misleading and misrepresenting ourselves as leaders of this House in terms of the support of the two-thirds principle in the Constitution. It is our work as legislators to come up with suggestions and proposals on this Floor. We have attempted as much as we can, as women legislators. Today is a sad day for us. Even as we support this; let us know that we have disappointed the women folk in this country."
