"content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I would like to thank the Vice-President and Minister for Home Affairs for his long and elaborate answer, which includes an annex on what my efforts have been in seeking support for the orphans in Butula. The children of this country, particularly orphans, are suffering, yet the Government does not seem to have a policy to take care of them. My Question is very specific. I want to know what the Minister has in place in terms of shelter, food, clothing and medical care for the orphans of April 26, 2006 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES 669 Butula. According to the Minister's answer, he has not referred to any of that. Could he tell this House what the Government has in place to feed the starving children of Butula, particularly the orphans?"
