    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I appreciate the hon. Member's concern. This is the money that we give to every primary school in the country. We have 18,000 primary schools in the country. I would like my colleagues to appreciate the fact that under the Constituencies Development Fund (CDF) there is an emergency fund which should be used for such small repairs. All the money that is used has to be budgeted for. The Ministry has not budgeted for these small repairs."
