    "content": "The matter is in court and, indeed, the council is trying to repossess the land from the person who grabbed it. We have instructed the council to do everything possible to ensure that the ownership of the land reverts back to the council. However, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, we have instructed the contractor to continue with the construction on part of the land, especially the one occupied by the matatu park, which is not under 674 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES April 26, 2006 dispute right now because it is a different piece of land. There are two sites for that project and that one is not under dispute."
