    "content": "April 26, 2006 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES 697 Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, we have heard hon. Members calling for the building of airstrips in every constituency. The Government should implement this request. The Government should also build more railway lines, maintain roads and provide more ships in our port. We will be a proud nation if we do this. We do not want this country to be poor and yet we have the knowledge to do this. If the Government implements this Motion, hon. Mwai Kibaki will live longer. He will be proud of the current Members of Parliament both in the Government and in the Opposition."
