    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, allow me just to quickly second this Motion. Even though that particular’s individual appointment was controversial early this year but, those of us who vetted that eminent Kenyan would agree that he qualifies to be the Attorney-General of this country. I would just ask and plead with him that given the hope and confidence that the people of Kenya have in him, he should not disappoint us the way the former occupant of that office did. Thank you."
