    "content": " Mr. Speaker, Sir, I beg to reply. (a) I am not aware that Mr. Michubu was arrested on false allegations on 29th January, 2006 and locked in Mikinduri Police Station. However, I am aware that Mr. Michubu was arrested following complaints against him by one Mary Mwari Mungathia and Julius Mungathia Muiriera. (b) I am also aware that Mr. Michubu died on the night of 30th/31st January, 2006. The circumstances under which Mr. Michubu died are the subject of an inquest that we have established vide File No.4/2006. I undertake to bring a full report on the circumstances under which Mr. Michubu lost his life as soon as this inquest is completed."
