    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I would like to thank the Assistant Minister for that answer. However, you will notice that the audit inspection was done in September, 2004. We are now in April, 2006. All this time, the former headmaster has provided the Board of Governors (BOG) with all the information that is necessary to clarify those two issues. Why has the TSC and the Ministry not taken the advice of the BOG and reinstated the former headmaster? The local community needs the service of the former headmaster, who to my knowledge, has cleared himself."
