    "content": "asked the Minister for Lands and Housing: (a) whether he is aware that the Ministry acquired the use of land title No. 1402402 Ndarugu Gakoe, owned and registered jointly by Mr. Ngugi Komu and Mr. Watari Gacheke and has continued to utilize the same land since 1975 without compensation; (b) whether he is further aware that the Ministry has put up permanent structures on the said land; and, (c) if the answers to (a) and (b) above are in the affirmative, if he could now proceed to pay for the current value of the land, loss of use since 1975 and other cash crop plantations in place at the time when the land was acquired by the Ministry."
