    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I want to say that this lady has 25 years of high level management experience; the last one being the Chief Executive Officer of the Constituencies Development Fund (CDF). There is nothing as difficult as having served in a position where you directly serve Members of Parliament. This lady, for two and half years, has served these Members of Parliament diligently, without complaints. We found her sufficiently qualified and unanimously recommend Ms. Agnes Nangila Odhiambo, equal to the task of the Controller of Budget of the Republic of Kenya, for the next 8 years.
