    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the Question refers to those who were displaced in 1992. We are now in the year 2006. When this Government took over in 2003, it promised to resettle those people immediately. In football terms, this Government is living on injury time and yet, it is talking about a committee that was set up in 2004. Does the Assistant Minister believe that this Government will be able to resettle those people before its time is up? The referee is actually carrying the whistle right now!"
