    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, let me also thank the Assistant Minister for really trying to answer my Question. However, the problem I have with his answer is that he knows quite well that Kajiado District was severely affected by the drought and, therefore, it wiped out the only livelihood of the people of that area. Therefore, the levels of poverty are very high now. The Ministry should be aware that majority of the children in Kajiado District were denied attendance to schools and consequently denied to sit for examinations because they could not afford to pay school fees. What action is the Assistant Minister going to take so that these students are allowed back to schools once they open?"
