Indeed, one really wonders when you listen to that broadcast whether the individual should not be examined by a doctor because he cannot possibly be sane. This is not the first time these broadcasts of insults to hon. Members are happening. It has continued to be the case. However, this is the worst. It is the apex or the height of insults that hon. Members have suffered from. Therefore, I am suggesting that the way forward lest we lose sight is to bring legislation to this House so that we can create mechanisms that can stop this kind of thing."
