    "content": "Thank you very much for that ruling that this matter should be treated with the seriousness that it deserves. Subclause 1 must be read together with Subclause 2. Subclause 1 spells out the offences. If only the hon. Member had read Sub-clause 2, he would not have made the offensive remark against our colleagues. This Bill has nothing to do with marriage and the offences are clearly specified."
