    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I was answering the hon. Member's question. The Ministry has already decided to put up weighbridges for vehicles in motion. At the static weighbridges, the gross weight of the vehicles will be determined first. Vehicles which will be found to be overloaded will be taken to the weighbridges and those that will be found to be underweight will not be taken to the weigh bridges in order to save time for the transporters."
