Associated Companies Ltd., who undertook the urban transport project in Bungoma Municipality did not complete all the roads as contracted; (b) whether he is further aware that some of the roads which were tarmacked are already in poor condition; and, (c) what the Government is doing to ensure that the contractor completes the works on the roads which were abandoned, and that those rehabilitated are properly maintained."
