(a) Yes, I am aware that monkeys/baboons from Lake Nakuru Game Park have been invading shambas in Naishi Game Park and Bagaria Locations of Lare Division causing extensive damage to crops. (b) The District Warden, Nakuru, has deployed rangers to attend to all reported cases from the area and so far, three monkeys have all been eliminated during the Problem Animal Control exercise. Patrols have also been intensified with the aim of reducing crop-raiding incidents."
