    "content": "The Report of the Departmental Committee on Defence and Foreign Relations which was adopted by the House on 27th October, 2010, made recommendations touching on the two which were the reason why hon. Wetangula and Mr. Thuita Mwangi stepped aside. The Leader of Government Business should, in his Statement, confirm to the House whether the Kenya Anti-Corruption Commission and other investigative arms of the Government have completed their investigations as recommended to warrant the two for re-appointment. If so, could he table the report in the House? He should also confirm whether the appointing authority was advised that the conduct of hon. Wetangula is not compatible with that of a Minister as recommended in that report."
