Mr. Speaker, Sir, if you look at page five, Head 577 on National Economic and Social Council, Sub-Head 000, Item 2211300 is also on Other Operating Expenses. The Printed Estimates for this Item amount to Kshs5,500,000. The Revised Estimates amount to Kshs45,950,000. There is a difference of Kshs40,450,000. If you look at page nine, Head 005, Sub-Head 000, Item 2211300, again this is on Other Operating Expenses, the Printed Estimates amount to Kshs2.5 million---"
