    "content": " Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the purpose of this amendment is to take back the money that was being paid to Ministers and Assistant Ministers from the National Assembly to the Ministries. We are proposing that it goes back to the Ministry of Finance, which could then appropriate to the respective Ministries. There has been questions as to the manner in which that was done. Hon. Members can take this opportunity to pass this amendment, so that we can regularise what was done. I will ask Dr. Kituyi to second the amendment."
