I too expressed a desire that for us to do things the right way, what seems to be infringing on separate accounting procedures has to be corrected, and I am glad that it is being done. The import of what the Assistant Minister is doing is to rectify what was wrongly done. While at it, may I take this opportunity to point out to Members what I mentioned and was challenged by Mr. Raila."
