    "content": " Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir, for that elaborate and wise explanation of the situation. Indeed, we are faced with the issue of deciding whether money that is not due to Parliament, or money that Parliament should not handle or pay, is to be paid out by it. That bit is painful to Parliament. If the Minister for Finance has looked at his own Budget and thought it wise that this money be moved to his Ministry, there is nothing wrong with that. Therefore, I do not see the necessity of even thinking of an amendment to this amendment to move this money to the respective Ministries. It is just prudent that we see the reality and sense, as explained by the Chair, and approve this amendment. Mr. Speaker, Sir, with those few remarks, I beg to support."
