Whether you talk about the Government Spokesperson or Dr. Mutua's office, the office has been created legitimately by the Government in power. Other than the fact that Dr. Mutua is performing his job properly, there has been no reason why we should argue about the Kshs45 million that would be spent to make sure that Kenyans are told the truth about what the Government is doing, which is what Dr. Mutua is supposed to do. If it is the case that Dr. Mutua appears to be scoring well, that is good. With those few remarks, I beg to support."
