    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. This Question is about shortage of water. This problem is not unique to Marafa Division alone. In fact, it is a serious problem facing the whole country. Ironically, some parts of this country, including Budalangi, where the Assistant Minister comes from are occasionally ravaged by floods. What steps has the Assistant Minister taken to ensure that flood water that ravages this country is harvested, so that we do not experience further shortage of water?"
