Members, the Member for Mutito has stood on a point of order pursuant to Standing Order No.33 asking the Speaker to exercise his discretion and order that the proceedings in this Sitting be held in secret because they pertain to matters that are sensitive. But given that the Minister in charge of Defence has no objection to these proceedings being heard in public, I exercise my discretion as vested upon me by Standing Order No.33 and direct that the converse be the case. So, we will proceed in public."
