(b) The Kenya Anti-Corruption Commission (KACC) has instituted civil proceedings vide Nairobi High Court, Civil Case No.169 of 2006 for recovery of the assets belonging to Mt. Elgon Hospital registered trustees. The matter is currently pending in court for determination. (c) I undertake to ensure that the hospital reverts to public ownership."
