    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, while I appreciate the answer given by the Minister, I have a document here which would have helped the court to expedite the conclusion of this matter. This is the certificate of incorporation, issued by the Registrar of Societies on the 27th March, 1996. This document was only received by a clerk at the Registrar's office, and it was not signed by the senior registrar to legalise the position of the order. I would like to lay it on the Table as evidence to show that the process has taken too long."
