    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, this aspect was also recommended. Surprisingly, to- date, there is no report which informs this House that the individuals have been cleared. Prudent practice requires, under the current constitutional dispensation, that Parliament plays a fundamental role in the management of our democratic processes. Under Chapter Six of the Constitution, which is on Leadership and Ethics, Article 73(2)(c)(i) says that honesty must be the key determinant in the execution of public duties. I am not sure whether this has been adhered to."
