The Minister has proposed that we stick to the current system, which has led to chaos in procurement for security equipment. Could he consider involving a Parliamentary Committee to oversee the procedures he has talked about, so that Kenyans can be assured that corruption that has been going on in procurement of security equipment over the last 42 years will not happen again?"
