    "content": " Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I beg to move:- (i) THAT, a sum not exceeding Kshs12,536,446,290 be granted from the Consolidated Fund to meet expenditure during the year ending 30th June, 2006, in respect of Supplementary Estimates of 2005/2006 Financial Year (Recurrent) having regard to the proposed reduction of Kshs4,983,986,530 therein appearing. (ii) THAT, a sum not exceeding Kshs8,245,146,348 be granted from the Consolidated Fund to meet expenditure during the year ending 30th June, 2006, in respect of Supplementary Estimates of 2005/2006 Financial Year (Development) having regard to the proposed reduction of Kshs15,784,941,614 therein appearing."
