    "content": " Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the son of the late Mayor of Kisumu should be patient. Parliament is about debate. You listen to what the other side is saying and then debate! Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I would like to say that, with all that is happening in this country, the economy is on track. We want to thank everybody who is contributing to it. The indicators are good for this country. We should support what the Minister for Finance has requested. That will enable us to move up to June, when we will have the next Budget. With those few remarks, I beg to second."
