    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I want the Assistant Minister to tell us what he will do because free primary education is being undermined and sabotaged by lack of teachers in our schools. The teacher/pupil ratio is very high! I have many classrooms which are hosting 100 pupils per one teacher. It is inconceivable for one teacher to handle 100 pupils! Is the Assistant Minister aware of those discrepancies? What is he going to do to ensure that free primary education is successful? We are using colossal amounts of money on free education, but it is being undermined by lack of teachers. There are very many young people who are willing to become teachers!"
