    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, as I said, the Government has already procured ten fire-fighting machines. That is a form of \"cure\". In addition, the Government is formulating a fire services management policy in Kenya. Among the objectives of this policy is to establish a legal and institutional framework in order to promote and regulate fire fighting services in the country. It will also deal with issues of prevention, detection and protection when it is put in place. But we are already doing something. We have already procured ten fire-fighting machines. In addition, we have already done studies in ten of the major local authorities, in which we shall have this equipment in place as soon as possible."
