Also, some of his equipment was cleared recently after lying at the port for almost one-and-a-half years. Is this the way in which this Government is going to encourage investors? The Minister has not even visited this project, neither have those of the Ministry of Water and Irrigation and Ministry of Agriculture, yet it is worth Kshs2.5 billion. What are these Ministers doing to encourage investors who are investing heavily in this country?"
