    "content": " Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I rise under Standing Order No.69 to raise a complaint, though we were taught at Alliance High School never to complain. So, I wish to draw your attention to newspaper reports arising from yesterday's debate and adoption of the PAC Report on the Anglo Leasing and related issues. In particular, I would like to draw your attention to today's Daily Nation newspaper banner headline, which says: \"Big Names Face Probe as MPs Pass Report on Graft\". Underneath that headline, there is a sub-title: \"Facing Investigations\", and underneath are pictures of various officials who are purportedly facing investigations. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I have read the PAC Report carefully. The PAC has stated clearly which Government officials it wants investigated further. In the Report, there is no recommendation that the Attorney-General be further investigated. Therefore, to that extent, the 526 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES April 19, 2006"
