We will propose, when we go into the Committee of the whole House that Bills Nos.iv and vi are brought in the afternoon so that we have the amendments in the afternoon’s Order Paper. Bill No.v will appear on tomorrow’s Order Paper. This will enable hon. Members to have more time to go through amendments. However, we wanted to raise this matter when we go into the Committee but since the matter has been brought up, and with the concurrence of the Chair, Bills Nos.iv and vi appearing on Order No.12 will be deferred to afternoon or appear on the afternoon’s Order Paper. So, we shall only consider Bills Nos.i, ii, iii,vii, viii and ix which are ready for debate."
