    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I beg to ask the Minister of State for Administration and National Security the following Question by Private Notice. (a) Is the Minister aware that on 19th July, 2005, at Kabiyet Police Post, a police officer, Inspector Mohammed, took away a little boy, Cohen Kiplagat, then aged one-and-half years? (b) Is he further aware that none of the child's relatives has seen him since? (c) Could the Minister inform the House where the child is and ensure that he is reunited with his parents and disciplinary action taken against the officer in question for separating such a young child from his parents?"
