    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, while I appreciate the answers being given by the Assistant Minister, there are stalled water projects countrywide. Kimilili Water Project was initiated by the Government to the tune of Kshs16.5 million. In 1977 this project was abandoned on political grounds. I would like the Assistant Minister to tell this House how he will revive all those water projects which will benefit the public."
