    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I agree with the hon. Member that most of the water projects had initially stalled. I said that the Ministry received only Kshs2 billion but it is now well-funded. We will ensure that all the stalled water projects are funded and completed. I request the House to impress upon the Minister for Finance to allocate more money to my Ministry to complete all the stalled water projects."
