    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I rise to second the Motion. Even though I am not an hon. Member of that Committee, I am quite alive to the fact that the Committee on the Administration of Justice and Legal Affairs, being the committee which is concerned with the subject of receiving nominations from the various bodies, in this case, the Law Society of Kenya and FIDA, is competent. Indeed, after listening to the Chairman of the Committee make his presentation, it is quite clear that this House runs the risk of becoming irrelevant if, indeed, this House will approve certain decisions and at the whim of the Executive, those decisions are rubbished."
