    "content": "Mr. Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 10 of the Bill be amended in paragraph (m) of sub-clause (1) by deleting the words “including arranging to pay compensation to victims of police misconduct.” Mr. Chairman, Sir, the justification for this amendment is that the payment of compensation to victims of offences, including the police misconduct shall be taken care of by a separate legislation to be enacted by Parliament, pursuant to Article 50(9) of the Constitution."
