    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I beg to ask the Minister of State, Office of the President the following Question by Private Notice. (a) Is the Minister aware that residents of Buuri, Karama, Muthara and Antuanduru locations in Tigania North Division are on the verge of starvation and schools are about to close due to the drought ravaging the area? (b) Is he further aware that the half-a-kilo of maize given to each family in the area once a month is not enough to meet the food needs of these people? (c) Why has the Ministry persistently refused to provide enough food to the residents of this area like other drought stricken areas in the country?"
