    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, as a Government, we have started a series of peace missions. Hon. Members are aware that these peace missions are going on. We have teams in my office that have been visiting clash hit areas. So, what I am saying is that as we go on with peace missions we will talk to people through their leaders. We want the leaders to help our people to realise that conflicts only hinder development. If we work together, we will achieve development for our people. I think we were in a very solemn mood last week, and do not want what happened to occur again in this country."
