    "content": "The systems provider is one of the reputable outstanding suppliers of security printing and systems services on a global basis and brings significant experience in currency, passports, visa and other security documents on worldwide basis, including Africa and this region.\" On reading this memorandum for the first time, I did not have any reason to doubt the competence of the company or that the company was unregistered.
