    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the Minister for Finance has indicated that the other 18 reports are ready. I am encouraged to hear that he will table those reports before this House tomorrow. It is my hope that we will also deal with those reports with the same degree of sobriety and understanding and that our desire is to ensure better management of the resources of this country. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I do not wish to speak for too long, given the fact that we have chosen, as a House to support this Motion. But let the truth be said. As we find the truth, let us deal with the issues and not personalities. I believe that this country will be much better off with that spirit of debate and willingness to handle the issues concerned. With those few and brief remarks therefore, I movethat this House adopts this Report and the recommendations therein contained. It is, indeed, my hope that this Government moves expeditiously to implement those recommendations. I also hope that this House too, will move expeditiously to implement the contents of this Report. With those remarks, I beg to move."
