I would like him to explain why districts should be having Land Boards and Land Tribunals if the Ministry is not able and willing to support them financially. Mr. Speaker, Sir, my second question is whether this is not encouraging members to take bribes from people who want to get services from them. What is the Minister doing to ensure that this matter is resolved?"
