    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, this is another form of corruption on the part of the Government because it is getting services from its citizens and they are not paid. This is not unique to Maragua Constituency. It is almost everywhere in the country. They are not being paid and the Acting Minister for Lands has not given us a specific timeframe within which he intends to include this in the budgetary system. Could he tell us specifically when this is going to be included in the Budget so that the people who have served this country can be paid their allowances?"
