The Acting Minister has told the House that these tribunals thought that they were being employed on a full-time basis and that is why they were meeting from Monday to Friday. Is the Acting Minister telling the House that it is not his responsibility to guide the tribunals on how they should work? Is that the reason why the Government does not pay the members of the tribunal who are doing a great service to this country?"
