    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, currently, when the Ministry realised that there is a problem of how often some of the lands tribunals meet, we are now developing guidelines, which are almost ready, to rationalise the operations of these committees so that they can do reasonable work so that there is payment for that. This will ensure that they are not paid on a weekly basis. I am sure the \"Bishop\" will pray so that we get money for these tribunals."
