    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I agree that these are very necessary bodies in terms of ensuring that land disputes are solved. The problem is that we have had a shortfall because when we ask for certain monies, we do not get those budgetary allocations. We hope that this will be sorted out in the next Budget which will be presented to the House in June, 2006, because the House is in the knowledge of the problem."
